Project Requirements
Together we define size, layout, site conditions, local requirements and the scope to be quoted.
- 3
Technical Planning
Drawings and specifications are prepared and agreed before production is scheduled.
- 4
Production in Latvia
Your building is produced in Latvia by the responsible manufacturing company, in a controlled indoor environment.
- 5
Transport & Delivery
Delivery is planned around the destination, route, site access and module dimensions.
- 6
Installation & Handover
The modules are placed on the prepared foundation, connected as agreed and handed over.
Can I customise a modular home, sauna or cabin?
Layouts, finishes and the scope of a building can be discussed around your intended use and site. Feasibility depends on structural requirements, transport dimensions and local regulations. The agreed drawings and specifications define what is included.
Do you deliver to European countries?
We welcome enquiries from Scandinavia, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the Canary Islands and wider Europe. Delivery feasibility and costs are reviewed for each destination, including route, site access and any ferry or special transport requirements.
How is installation organised?
Foundation preparation, crane access, utility connections and on-site responsibilities are clarified during planning. The quotation and contract identify the installation scope and who is responsible for each part. Local permissions and site readiness must be considered before delivery.
What do you need to prepare a quotation?
Start with your building type, destination country and a short project description. Include an approximate size if you know it. We clarify layout, finishes, delivery access and installation requirements before preparing a project-specific quotation; inclusions and exclusions are confirmed in writing.
How long does a project take?
Timing depends on design decisions, approvals, production availability, transport and site preparation. A project schedule is discussed once the scope and site requirements are clear. Production and delivery dates are agreed individually rather than promised in advance.
